Bosch was looking for young talent to not just cross paths with, but to create and shape a future together. We worked on their talent recruitment initiative, gelecegisekillendir.com, and designed a communication campaign in the shape of an exhibition of innovations.
Today is built on ideas of the past. Similarly, what is present today will be part of tomorrow. Our campaign strategy centered on this sentiment. We called for Bosch’s prospective innovators and reminded them of their part in the future. We designed a series of communications that featured past inventors and inventions - a conceptual exhibition to showcase their ever-relevant presence. We however treated this exhibition as a physical spectacle, making our call-to-action a twofold invitation for both the campaign exhibition and Bosch's initiative. In turn, we framed Bosch as a hub for innovation where the young talent can innovate as they become part of the future.
