Art By Chance Ultra Short Film Festival is a prestigious international short film festival, with jury-selected 30-second films shown in over 300 cities on over 20.000 public screens. Art By Chance films are shown in airports, airplanes, metro stations, restaurants and bars, city squares, buses, ferries, taxis, on campuses and in shopping centers and office plazas, in sport centers, hospitals, and other public spaces. Moviemaker Magazine listed it as one of its "coolest festivals" and it also has the honor of being known as one of the world’s biggest public art events.
The founders of Monroe Creative Studio are involved as the festival’s creative agency as well as taking an active role in the festival itself: Hatice Çağlar is the festival’s founder and festival director, Onur Gökalp serves as the festival’s creative director.
Since the festival’s founding, and for five iterations of the festival to date, Monroe Creative Studio has realized and created the festival’s communications and developed its brand identity. The undertaking of creating communications materials in various media for this innovative and unique festival brought Monroe Creative Studio to meet all sorts of innovative communications need from A to Z.
